EDITED: After the confused earlier interactions with the company's call centre that I described below, an employee with more authority got back to me promptly and corrected the errors. Responding to a problem by figuring things out and acting accountably gets full points from me and I'm reassure by the explanation they were able to provide about the security of my payment info. I'm a happy customer again. ----- OUT OF DATE TEXT: Since the 2020 change in ownership, it's hard to tell whether this is a legitimate business anymore. In an email, one employee renewed my winter storage but when I called to confirm, a call centre voice said they'd have to call me back. When someone else did, they said they had no record of my reservation. When I went to take possession today, the unit was unfinished -- inaccessible for my car-- and the call centre said they again had no record of me. They also said they don't have a record of the garage I rented; I sent them a picture. They again said someone would get back to me but could not say when. I am worried about having provided my credit card information. I will update this post if they sort this out.
