This place is a joke. When the old owners were in charge they were great! Reasonably priced, clean, friendly service. Now? They are so many price increases with very little communication, they just take your money. I had to cancel because they were raising the price so many times in a year. To top it off, someone accidentally cut the lock off our locker and reported it immediately to the office. However, we received no call, no email, no nothing regarding our cut lock. So our storage unit was unlocked for days without anyone noticing. Thankfully, I came to get something and noticed. When I complained, they offered to buy me a new lock. A new lock? Really? All the possessions that were in the locker could have been stolen and they offered to give me another $7 lock as compensation. I had to fight with management for days to receive even just one month free because of their mistake. Take your money else where people. You pay for security at this place and with all the price increases they have, you’d think the service would be exceptional. NOPE. EDITED: To clarify, the lock cutting happened to my mother’s storage because while I had cancelled mine, she kept hers. However, I was the one who discovered her lock was cut and I was one of the people that reached out to this company to complain about the miscommunication because my mother hadn’t received a single email, call or text to notify her of this. There’s no confusion on what happened at all.

This used to be reasonably priced for a very clean location. However in the last year there's been 2 monthly rent increases and now 4 addional "service fees" adding up to $24. When asked to explain these fees, it was said to be administrative, carbon recovery, facility management and payment processing with no other breakdown of what they all include. Which are all jokes because the office is never opened for them to take payment, you have to drive to the North location. I have yet to see anyone working within the building cleaning or repairing and their office hours are not what are posted on the website, its always closed with a paper sign that says to call the North location. When you do get to talk to some one to 'discuss these increases' you get a vague answer of thats the cost of business They won't reconsider the rent increase. I understand costs going up but not twice in a year plus additional fees.Needless to say we moved our business to another company

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
