When I arrived to pick up a storage unit I won, the first thing I noticed was how well kept the outside and surrounding areas were. The office was very clean and the employee was very polite and very helpful. She took the time to explain to me the process of how the storage auctions worked, and also helped me load a couple things in my vehicle. It was extremely hot that day and she could have chosen to stay inside where the AC was, but she helped me while explaining the process of the auctions. I was so grateful to have that extra help. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a storage unit. It's a secure, clean place with a great employee!! Thanks again!!
