So my experience with minimall storage didn’t start off as well as I thought it should …had trouble getting a lease and a receipt and etc. etc. etc. 1-800 customer service calls unanswered. But the manager of the facility, Rick was able to alleviate all my worries with just one phone call. He stayed on the line with me and made sure I got all my problems taken care of properly! Top-notch service right when I needed it! It’s easy to build a storage unit and keep it clean not so easy to deal with all the hassles. And when you got hassles, that’s the kind of service you want!
