Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code. 24-hour access is available on select units — ask the office for details.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Do you provide moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture pads, and disc locks at the front office at competitive prices — no need to make an extra stop.

Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?

Yes — we offer covered and uncovered parking spaces sized for cars, trucks, boats, trailers, and RVs up to 40 feet. Ask about power hookups for RV storage.

The place is very secure, and requires no physical locks, depending rather on digital locks through an app on the phone. Security cameras everywhere, and everything feels super fortified and safe. Great facility, fantastic price, and JILL!!! That pretty much sums it up. Nestled between the LGD and the highway, Mini Mall is a great location no matter what part of town you live in. The accessibility and system are the most modern in town - we open gates and activate the elevator with the app. The staff keeps the entire place not just spotless but dustless. You will absolutely not beat their prices even when you roll in the insurance. It’s a LOT more affordable than all the other places we looked at - a LOT. And best of all, Jill is at the desk Monday through Saturday to give you the warmest, kindest, most personal assistance imaginable for whatever you need. I give myself a little extra time whenever I stop through to make a coffee and hang out. It’s everything you love about New Orleans and everything also works the way you want it to. Rare and special find. You’ll wish you had more stuff you don’t know what to do with.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
