Be advised new customers are incentivized to give good reviews regardless of what may be the actual experience. they are asked to provide " good review" and given promotional considerations on their billing for said " good review" these reviews often do not reflect the management's ineptitude, lack of willingness to cooperate with tenants , especially in cases such as those with disabilities .. refusing to even consider any reasonable accomdation ( as is required under the Americans with disability actt or A.D.A. ) with regard to payment schedule or payment date accomdation fixed date " can not be changed per corporate "case in point local site nagement at this the country park location acted in a retailtory fashion and proceeded to " not renew lease , and failed to even folloow legally required notifications requirements , then proceeded to make threatnig comments regarding punitive lockout and both illegal and uneasonable lockout fees etc . And further breached tenants rights by discussing private account specfic details openly with other tenants , and to add insult to injury , another disabled tenant who was being assisted by the tenant was advised if he let this tenant on the property or had the tenant in his unit despite the fact he was providing much needed physical assistance, that he too would be " evicted" ..... A check of The Better Business Bureau iwilll show complaints of this very issue , the fact that this is ongoing billing practice that is not in compliance with the ADA requirements and violates the civil rights of a disabled tenant is the reason "this tenant" is filing a formall complaint with the United States Departmen tof Justice Civil Rights division

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive directly up to their unit for easy loading and unloading. This is especially useful for transporting large items. These units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor, so you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. Alternatively, we offer tenants coverage through our Mini Mall Storage Protection Plan. Speak to your Storage Specialist to learn more.
