As a former employee, Mini Mall's takeover of 24 Hr Self Storage in January 2023 ruined everything I held dear about this property (and the others). Through the years, I had put too much of myself into the former small business to continue to witness the treachery of Mini Mall's takeover. I was optimistic for new opportunities and improvement, but ended up disheartened by how the new owners do business. I am still proud of what I accomplished and proud of the positive reviews left prior to 2023. Nevertheless, Ashlee, Jamie, and area manager Andy are the best people you could chose to deal with. They'll do all they are able to make your experience the best they can. The maintenance associates keep the properties clean, well lit, and safe. There are unique codes to access the entry gate. Units are routinely treated with bug and rodent repellents. Break-ins are uncommon- usually domestic issues. This location is older, and has gravel instead of payment. Despite Mini Mall's internal culture being what it is, this is a secure place to store your things.Bri Watkins

Very easy service when I called and set up to have a storage building. There was no problem at all. The only thing that was hard, was my son n law moved my stuff for me and used his truck and long flatbed trailer and it was very difficult for him to maneuver this inside the storage units. It took over 30 minutes to get turned around in the right spaces and the downhill slopes in the spaces between the units made him drag this trailer. This was the only thing. It works with just one vehicle but hard when someone has a trailer. The unit itself is nice. Thank youTawana Jennings

A 5×5 is about the size of a walk in closet. While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and odd shapes like camping gear or sports equipment. To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.
We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.
Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
