I have been with them now for over a year they notify me on time they send me my receipts on time everything's good the only thing that I would fix is there's one email that always confuses you each month they need to do away with that one make sure you pay your bill on time it's confusing because it comes shortly after or before the letter of the notification or as soon as you know it's about to be withdrawn I mean I understand if I drove all the way up there to pay it but it automatically comes out so it's confusing! But it's a good place to store your items and for a good price!

As a former employee, Mini Mall's takeover of 24 Hr Self Storage in January 2023 ruined everything I held dear about this property (and the others). Through the years, I had put too much of myself into the former small business to continue to witness the treachery of Mini Mall's takeover. I was optimistic for new opportunities and improvement, but ended up disheartened by how the new owners do business. I am still proud of what I accomplished and proud of the positive reviews left prior to 2023. Nevertheless, Ashlee, Jamie, and area manager Andy are the best people you could chose to deal with. They'll do all they are able to make your experience the best they can. The maintenance associates keep the properties clean, well lit, and safe. There are unique codes to access the entry gate, exit gate, and building. Units are routinely treated with bug and rodent repellents. Break-ins are uncommon- usually domestic issues. This location has a lot of character since it's a converted elementary school. I recommend asking to check out the property and unit before renting. Despite Mini Mall's internal culture being what it is, this is a secure place to store your things.

Fair & Very Reasonable rates. Nice & Secure facility. Not like newer facilities (tarred/graveled ground & roadways and fresh paint in attractive color combinations and new building material finishes) offering "Fancy" appearance but the critical factors are provided so who cares, eh, right? RIGHT! Location has excellent potential for updated refreshed look but current appearance isn't bad or tawdry by any means. A 5×5 is about the size of a walk in closet. Think of it like a walk-in closet that isn’t attached to your bedroom.

To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
