She told me all about the features mini mall has to offer leaving my items stored here. I would recommend mini mall to anyone not just a place to store my items but a place where customer service is amazing.

I needed some temporary storage for a few months. Staff got me in the right unit for my needs and was very accommodating. 10/10 would store things again

Very polite site manager helped me with my gate code and showed me the parking spot where I would be putting my camper and car at fast and easy process.

In a quick pinch they are perfect and low priced as advertised online .. however, after fees, and required rental insurance you can purchase through them or bring your own if they cover rental units (most do not) and the lock (also purchased from them or bring your own but of course required) the price almost doubles. Very narrow for larger moving trucks or inexperienced U-Haul type trucks bigger than a pick up. Trailers are a nightmare to navigate in this space unless you're truly the only one in the lot at the time. The two ppl I've dealt with in the office say one thing but forgets what's been said and will do something totally different (especially when it comes to prorated pricing etc), after adding up what they took, and what they reimbursed bc the amount taken was never right, and always way more but never the correct amount, they came out ahead by about $200 in the end. I asked them why I was trying to be charged (declined payment that month), again way more , when I had been reimbursed and applied it as credit towards next months bill, and she said no refunds and had no clue what I was talking about , no notes in computer from other person I talked to either . So I told her I'd have it out before the fifth, as stated in the previous two conversations , the last being two days prior when I let her know id be sending someone in to get my stuff for me because I finally was able to get in my home. That was on a Wednesday. She then told me to have it out by that Friday (48 hours) and we'd call it even. I told her I'd like the over charges back especially since I wouldn't be using their units anymore so that was an entire months payment plus the over charges, and was told to have it out by Friday (48hours later) again or id get a red lock and fee for non payment.. I had it out that day and will not use them again

I would have recommended this business when I moved in. but some 6 years later...it's impossible to find anyone to discuss issues with. no one in sight. no one on site. no return phone calls for messages left. chat tells you that you need a human to cancel and then never replies again...just tells you to wait. you can rent online and never speak to anyone and move in with no problem. when you move out.... expect to be charged for time you aren't using while you wait and wait and wait for them to do their job. Not worth it.

This place is something else I would not advise anybody to bring anything here their months or 28 days. There’s only one month in a year has 28 days unless you are with Mini Mall storage the late fee will kill you all the extra fees that add to it will kill you. I I am on Social Security get paid once a month which I informed them I got paid on the third when I moved in. I have late fees every month. I don’t draw that much but I don’t have any choice but to stay there the people at the storage place itself they’re nice but The way they do business is terrible The first month they charged me a bunch of late fees I talked to the manager of the place all the mini storage places and was told not to worry about it that they would work with me and not late fees off that never happened. I get late fees every month and I feel sorry for that girl that works there because I Have gone off on her a few times.. And I know it’s not her Fault it is just a really bad situation there

Good facility except for the entrance, currently there’s a large van parked in between the entrance and exit so even a small car struggles to get in and out. That has been the situation for a few days. Today I went and there was another car completely blocking the entrance. I was able to get in through the exit but had to squeeze past the van and close my mirrors again. It doesn’t make any sense to me to have the entrance and exit blocked, seems counter intuitive to good business as well as a safety hazard. When I called to complain about the entrance and exit being blocked the worker said they couldn’t control how the place was set up and that I had gotten in fine so it shouldn’t be a problem. There was no acknowledgement of the problems and I was treated like I was being dramatic for wanting to be able to get into a unit that I’m actively paying for. I don’t normally make reviews but the situation was beyond frustrating, the service I’m paying for is not available as I’m paying for it and the worker was condescending and unhelpful. Fair warning
