I had to leave a majority of my personal belongings in storage between leases, and I couldn't have been happier with Bloomington Affordable Self Storage. The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. The climate-controlled units are superb. After over a month in storage (during which there were several strong rainstorms), I was pleasantly surprised to find no water damage on any of my belongings. There were no bugs in the unit or even a stray cobweb. I strongly recommend BASS to anyone looking for a quality storage unit at a more-than-fair price.

The facility is secure, easy-in/easy-out, very affordable, and the units are clean, spacious, and the doors are functional and not back-breaking. We only needed the unit for 10 days and were sold out initially but told us to call back later and she found us a unit. Thank you so much for running a business that actually answers the phone! Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. Alternatively, we offer tenants coverage through our Mini Mall Storage Protection Plan.
