The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. The climate-controlled units are superb. After over a month in storage (during which there were several strong rainstorms), I was pleasantly surprised to find no water damage on any of my belongings. There were no bugs in the unit or even a stray cobweb. I strongly recommend BASS to anyone looking for a quality storage unit at a more-than-fair price.

The facility is secure, easy-in/easy-out, very affordable, and the units are clean, spacious, and the doors are functional and not back-breaking.
