No matter how or why you need to store your belongings the biggest thing is to feel comfortable and confident about where you are leaving your items while you are away. Suzanne and the team there have made packing up and storing my life after a very unhappy breakup peaceful. They were kind, caring, and very informed. I wanted a unit with a door like a garage but got one with a regular 36x80 door. Was not informed over the phone of these details. I suggest going in person

That is a great manager very personable I checked the rates I called other facilities right here while I was here and yes these are the best rates even with the insurance is the best rates you definitely need insurance I recommend them I highly recommend them,I do caution potential customers about late fees with mini mall storage ,I just paid over $150 for a 50 dollar storage because my payment was late.For this reason I am changing my review from five stars to one star,use extreme caution with this company when it comes to money ,it appears that they feed repeatedly off of customers hardships,not only this but there is no security,my unit was broken into as I found out today ,I had tvs ,documents , jewelry,chairs and a table and ottoman stolen ,the mandatory insurance appears antagonistic and less than human ,it's a horrible experience

I missed last months payment which was cool they said we will wave the fees and all that so I go and call back and no one answers! So I get transferred to the main number and nobody knows anything!!! It's the most poorly run business! They should just bulldoze that place to the ground and put a parking lot cause that'll be just as useful as this place is !! The right hand has no idea what the left is even doing let alone knowing what was said !this place is a joke of the highest order

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy.
