I live over 3 hours away and they are always so accommodating and flexible with my circumstances. Nicole has got to be the most incredible woman. Just the sweetness in her voice alone makes you feel comfortable and happy. Give Nicole a raise, she's a big reason I stay. 🥰

I wanted to compliment Nicole for her customer service. I had been renting a small 5x10 space for over a year. It was necessary since I live ... I wanted to compliment Nicole for her customer service. I had been renting a small 5x10 space for over a year. It was necessary since I live next door at the Somerset apartments and had been storing my bike outdoors for several years. But I had a situation where it had been an attempt to steal it. But I am on Social security so money is tight. I had been paying over $100 a month. When I met Nicole and explained that it was becoming a burden. She immediately said she would see if she could help me. After some research she found me a larger space for half of what I was paying. I understand she has recently received a promotion. It is richly deserved since she went out of her way to show me the empathy to find me a solution that maintained a customer but in addition understood my need to reduce my monthly expenses sine I am on a fixed income.

Talking with them made the process of renting and deciding on a storage unit way less stressful and in a timely manner; The company’s website is easy to use and emails are secure. I was furthermore impressed with the cleanliness of the storage unit itself and was glad to receive a personable follow up call from a representative from the store a week or two later to see how things were going. It would have been an understatement to say I couldn’t think of how the experience with storing within Mini Mall Storage Hot Springs-Malvern could have been improved.
