Mini Mall Storage at this location was effective for our temporary needs. Arlene was the on site staff member who assisted us completely. Her bubbly personality and efficient manner helped make the process much easier. She spent time showing us the various units to ensure we rented the correct one to suit our needs, and helped us breeze through the paperwork efficiently. Judi assisted us efficiently over the months as we were out of country with continued payments and inquiries with the same great personality making the process enjoyable and stress free. It is wonderful in this day and age of non customer service to interact with staff members, such as Arlene and Judi who cares and deliver great customer service to the clients engaging their business.

I have been using this facility for storage for over 10 years. Always been pleased with the experience. Especially since the new ownership of a couple years ago. All the staff are professional, knowlegeable, and unfailingly friendly. I especially have enjoyed dealing with Arlene, always smiling, friendly, and she remembers my name and unit#! I could pay online, but I usually come in person just to see Arlene once in awhile, she always brightens my day!

If you are needing a storage unit - I highly recommend this place. On top of that, you can download an app that you can open the gate from your vehicle instead of hopping out and entering a code. They also accept e-transfers which is convenient.

Good storage place, some of the better rates for storage in the city. The unit I initially booked was unavailable so they had to give me a larger unit. However, for the five months that I initially booked the unit, I got it for the price of the smaller unit that I booked. I haven't had any complaints about the site. The staff were cordial and helpful when I dealt with them, but I also haven't had to deal with them much. Would recommend for storage matters.

I've had my car stored in a storage unit for over 2 years, I can't say enough good things about these guys! From the friendly lady in the front office, easy automatic payments and the easy access. I can't believe how quickly they have the snow cleared and the hours I can access my car are great! I pay every month with my credit card and they even phoned me and told me my credit card was going to expire. Wow! They are a local business and you can tell they care ! Great job!!
