If Harvard School of Business needs an example of what good customer service is, they really need to use Raza from this place as the case study. Bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, super friendly and honest, and when the website says select storage units have 2 months free (I think it's limited time deals on random units generated by their algo based on % empty capacity), it's pretty much 2 months free, just gotta pay for the monthly insurance and 1 time admin cost, which is fair enough. Like after what he did for me, there's literally no reason to go anywhere else in Maple Ridge for storage. Yo boss man of this business, give Raza a raise if there hasn't been one lately, inflations a serious thing and Raza deserves it.

This is the best storage unit place I've ever used and I've used a few. The staff are SO helpful and friendly! Their customer service is definitely 5 stars and in the future if I need a locker again I wouldn't go anywhere else! Units are clean, secure, and they even helped me save money by moving me to a smaller locker since I was in the process of downsizing my belongings. They are accommodating for move out/in and there is always someone on site. Thanks for making a stressful move less stress!
