She was friendly and accommodating and during move out allowed me extra time in the day to save me an extra month's rent which really meant a lot. Being treated like a human being rather than a income generator feels good. Thing you should know about storage companies tho. If your credit card expires and you forget to call them before hand, they lock you out of your unit immediately. Not a fun time. Recommend this company tho. Good person in the office there.
