She made it her personal interest to run back and forth across the site to search the parking spot was in the appropriate place, as the signage had been blown away. Jessica also was kind enough to allowed me to wait inside as she was closing up for the day, so that I did not have to wait in the wind for my ride.

Came in to check out a storage unit for my daughter. The site was very clean and inviting, the welcome as you walk through the door was a very nice change from what you get most of the time now adays. My biggest issue is that the representative behind the desk wanted all my details before I was ready to committ. I do not think you should have to give your full name, phone number and email address when you are just asking questions! I did not provide the info and the wonderful rep still gave me everything I needed. She explained to me that she was fairly new to her position, however she was super friendly and from what I can tell very knowledgeable. She answered every one of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. I know I came in right at the end of her work day, yet she made no efforts to rush me out the door to go home. In the end I was very happy with the service and the overall facility and when my daughter is ready to make it here to Alberta we will most certainly be using this place!
