Roberta is AMAZING!! What a lovely, friendly and helpful woman to deal with! The facility is fantastic, so neat and tidy and very well maintained! I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs! Additional Note: As stated above, Roberta is a wonderful person however sadly, her company does NOT allow refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased there! Seriously?!?!? I purchased almost $400 worth of boxes and packing materials from her. Today I called to see if I could exchange my unused boxes for different sized boxes…as when I originally purchased, they were out of the sizes I needed so we brian-stormed on different ways I could make what they had work. Now I have leftovers that are completely unused and undamaged and called to see if I could exchange these for different sizes. The answer was NO, that unfortunately they do not allow refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased there. Pretty sad that a company not only would not allow exchanges or refunds but that they’d also rather the perfectly unused boxes be wasted. Definitely recommend U-HAUL for all your packing materials required…they buy back all unused merchandise.

I would like to leave this review for mini mall storage in Lacombe, but especially for my favorite customer service rep. Roberta. She was very helpful when I got my storage in August last year and explained everything to detail of what I needed to know. The monthly storage fee was more than decent and the storage space was clean and secure. Every time I needed to get a hold of Roberta, she would always answer or call me back when she was busy. So yeah, great customer experience over at mini mall storage??

My experience with this facility and with Roberta in particular was amazing. First of all I was able to reserve a unit which was clean and perfect for what I needed online. The site has a space calculator that worked great for figuring out how much space I’d need for my stuff. I was also able to take part in a promotion that gave me a month free! The day I went in to check it out I was having a really hard time emotionally. Roberta was so kind, she shared some of her own story with me. She encouraged me that even though I was feeling anxious and unsure about things in my life, that things would get better and there were still good people in the world. She is like a ray of sunshine:)) She explained all my options to me very carefully and personally showed me the unit and the yard. I felt confident knowing that not only were the yard and the unit secured with cameras and sufficient fencing etc. But also that I knew Roberta would be checking each lock on her rounds to make sure nothing had been tampered with. All around great service!! Couldn’t be happier and sometimes all it takes is a little kindness from someone like Roberta to brighten up someone’s outlook and not feel so alone. Thanks Roberta! Roberta is very personable and accommodating. Her responses to my requests are instant. I enjoy my daytime visits to the facility as a result. I appreciate that the indoor facility is brightly lit at all hours of the day, and that it now has security cameras and keyless entry at all hours. The trolleys are somewhat difficult to maneuver around corners, so it would be helpful if corners could be more cut back than they currently are. I very much appreciate that there are trolleys however.
