When someone at the hotel asked why we chose a storage in Loganville, all the way from Oxford (35 mins away), we realized that we never thought of the distance, because the level of service we received was so high. Once my wife called around and spoke to Shenika, we were done shopping. She is an honest, precise, clear and professional communicator. However, she is also very personable, genuine and a real pleasure to work with. Working with her made the horrible and dreadful task of moving as pleasant and bearable as possble.
