My dad just recently retired and moved up from to Lufkin from Houston, there was a lot of hoops to jump through without knowing exact ... My dad just recently retired and moved up from to Lufkin from Houston, there was a lot of hoops to jump through without knowing exact dates, times ect. I called and spoke with Tabitha on the phone and she gave me the options as to what was available at the time even though he was not ready for the move at the time. She called me back at a later pre designated date and we were able to shuffle some things around and she was able to get him exactly what he needed…her patience and customer service was beyond explantation!! Highly recommended
