Emily and Lenie that are staff at mini mall are by far the most experienced and may I say exceptional when it comes to customer service. They explain their business, your needs as a customer and fulfill that part of why they are in business by making you part of their family in the business by keeping what you value most safe. The ladies (Lenie and Emily) there are so friendly and helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed. Set up was a breeze. The facility looks so clean, well lit and climate controlled. There's carts, loading docks, elevators, and their access hours are fairly wide open. I would definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage for anyone looking for a storage solution.

They have been putting up with me so I appreciate that.. money is tight atm and I haven't lost my locker since I always have let them no ill be there and I'll pay for late fees..I explain about the financial situation iam in atm and I'll just pay the late fee's and they sometimes take some late fees off. 👍🏻😀
