I wanted to compliment Nicole for her customer service. I had been renting a small 5x10 space for over a year. It was necessary since I live next door at the Somerset apartments and had been storing my bike outdoors for several years. But I had a situation where it had been an attempt to steal it. But I am on Social security so money is tight. I had been paying over $100 a month. When I met Nicole and explained that it was becoming a burden. She immediately said she would see if she could help me. After some research she found me a larger space for half of what I was paying. I understand she has recently received a promotion. It is richly deserved since she went out of her way to show me the empathy to find me a solution that maintained a customer but in addition understood my need to reduce my monthly expenses sine I am on a fixed income.

Customer service was absolutely phenomenal though. I had a billing issue and Joseph made it a priority to help me get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue.
