I am leaving a very positive review for my experience with Mini Mall Storage in Longs, South Carolina. This is the first ... time that I've rented a storage unit from this business. A few weeks ago I went online to their website for information and to reserve a 5×10 unit. The website is well designed and easy to understand. I did have some more questions, so I called the company phone number for further assistance. I talked to 2 different representatives. The folks I chatted with were extremely professional and helpful, and I felt they had thoroughly answered my questions. To my surprise, a few hours later I received an email from them asking if I felt comfortable with their replies and understood the rental process, and if I had any further questions. Fast forward to today, January 4th, I went to the storage area to inspect the unit before I signed the lease. The manager there, Kevin, showed it to me. Kevin is very professional and friendly. Its strategic position in the center of Longs provides convenient access to all structures and commercial establishments. As a commercial tenant, I would respectfully suggest that enhancements could be made to the buildings, roadways, and overall property maintenance.
