My mom and I went to put stuff in her storage unit and we got stuck inside and had to call the police to come help us out. Her code worked to get us in the gate, but not to get out. There was no after hours line to help us so if the cops didn’t help us we wouldn’t be been stuck all night.

These storage buildings are nice and new having the security gates made me feel great about the choice to store all my life in it when my house sold. However all the reason I was excited to use a new building and willing to pay twice as much actually ended up being the biggest backfire ever. The way they choose to lay out the whole area is to small to fit a full size truck and trailer into you hang in the road while entering the gate code and then can’t get turned out if it once your in with anything more then a small trailer. As if that wasn’t hard enough to trailer things to then put into a box trailer a lot of my Keep sakes from my children were put in plastic totes that were runined by mice they had peed all over my things my kids beds and my sectional. It cost me thousands and some priceless things I may expect that with Old run down storage units but not with new expencive ones. They gave me back my deposit with no problems and I Felt the girls I worked with were nice so I hate to be so negative but just so others are warned it didn’t work out quite like one would expect.

A 10×20 storage unit is around the size of a single car garage. We recommend this size for more significant self-storage needs, like freeing up space to stage your home, during a remodel or in between moves. 

A 10×10 is about half the size of a standard garage. With the capacity to hold a king-sized bed, larger bedroom furniture, and oh-so-many boxes, the options for this unit are expansive. 

A 5×5 is about the size of a walk-in closet. While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and odd shapes like camping gear or sports equipment. Think of it like a walk-in closet that isn’t attached to your bedroom. 

To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID. 

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us. 

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators. 

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. Alternatively, we offer tenants coverage through our Mini Mall Storage Protection Plan, charged on the first of each month, hassle-free with your usual bill.
