I did my research checking almost every storage place in kingsport and this had the best reviews by far. I chose this one and so happy I did. I reserved a unit online and was contacted quickly, unfortunately the size I reserved was not available but they worked with me to make sure I was still taken care of! Pricing was average to most places in the area but truck at no charge was great help, and unit was extremely clean and new!Great security! Great friendly & helpful service.I'm overall very pleased with the service and my choice!

Great experience with Storage Source One Kingsport! Facilities are very nice- secure (individual keycode to enter gated facility), clean, dry, well maintained, well lit. Comparing to other storage areas in the region, prices very fair and I would argue, facilities much nicer. It was an added bonus having access to the moving truck at no cost! We ran into some unexpected issues when moving and needed the truck much longer than we had planned- owners were gracious enough to let us keep the truck for several extra days. This was huge! They are great to work with. If you need storage, do not look elsewhere!

I looked up the hours of this business and it said they close at 5:30 but they have 24 hour access to the units but when I got there at 12:30 am, so I put the code in and it said that it was closed. I got pulled over by the police in the middle of the night driving around for no reason looking like an idiot because the ad on the Internet clearly says there’s 24 hour access to the storage unit. I’m being gracious giving two stars

UPDATE. Been renting here for over 3 years and it was great until it was taken over by a nationwide storage company. Prices increased significantly due to extra fees and now access hours have changed from 24/7 to 10am- 6pm which is not convenient for most working people especially in the summer during yard sale and flea market season. I could have lived with the fees but the hours is just ridiculous and was one main reason I chose this place. If your available to access your unit during that time then maybe it's ok for you but for most it's not and I will probably be leaving soon.
allison bondsRented here for 2 years. Was great until November 2023 when it went under new ownership. Went down hill fast. Ended up getting a tool stuck in our tire leaving.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
