Absolutely excellent experience with Justin from Mini Mall Storage. They have recently taken over this location and the service was top notch. I called to look at a unit and Justin came right out to the location let me look around and worked with me get me into the right unit. It's super clean, well lit, well taken care of, with proper drainage. The price was excellent and the best in the area. Thanks Justin!

They gave me a unit with someone else’s stuff to start with, so they had to give me another unit and they only had units more expensive but they gave me a unit anyway and said I can have it for the same price as the other one. I filled the unit halfway and the next day they said I had a bill due and cut my access to the gate and said I had to pay the remaining balance I owed when I did not owe any balance at all and I had just paid my first month the previous day. They obviously do not have good communication as I was told my rate will not go up since they had to move me to another unit. I called the next day and talked to another guy about it and he said he will take care of it all and he told me that everything was good to go. I go to the gate that night and I still do not have access and they are still asking for a balance due when I already have paid my first month and it had only been 4 days now. Very frustrating. UPDATE they were able to fix the problem the next day I would like to thank all the workers and experienced people that helped in the process to get things back on track

Update: Julie reached out and was extremely kind and helpful. She explained they’ve had some staffing issues and she apologized. I am satisfied with the outcome of my call with her. She is great! Beware: do not do business with this company. They are the absolute worst. They have billing issues every single month, don’t return phone calls, don’t even read their emails and if they do, they never respond. They constantly lose staff members and “managers”. It’s been a complete wreck of a situation since day one when they told me I’d have immediate access to my unit so I had people drive all the way to TN from NC (weeks after paying full price for my unit) to help me move and the gate code they gave me DID NOT WORK. As I mentioned before- no one answers the phone or returns calls so the trip for my help was for nothing. It was days later before I had access. Then they harassed me on vacation over getting a document electronically signed, reaching our every morning basically demanding I sign it immediately. For the last three months (technically four months now) my bill has been jacked up and it’s near impossible to get it fixed. I’m so tired of dealing with this place and their lack of customer service and attempts to scam more money. I work a lot and need help moving stuff so that is the only reason my things haven’t been moved somewhere else yet.

Was quoted a price and price was doubled due to so called all of these “fee’s” they add on. I was also quoted a free month but have also not received it. This is the most ridiculously expensive and complicated storage service to work with. I would not recommend them at all. We will be removing out things as soon as we get the chance and advise people to read the fine line and details and warn them of being over charged.

Inept management, zero communication, threats to auction your units when their financial system is broken and auto-pay doesn't work, no customer service on-site, removing unit access due to their management mistakes, adding unagreed-to non-contractual fees. I can't wait to get my belongings out of there. HORRIBLE!!! HIGH COST...ZERO SERVICE.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. Alternatively, we offer tenants coverage through our Mini Mall Storage Protection Plan, charged on the first of each month, hassle-free with your usual bill.
