Went in just to do an inquiry about needing possible storage for some of my things. Faith was very kind and helpful to me and explained everything to where i could understand it and wouldn’t be left in the dark about anything. She handled everything very professionally and I appreciated that a lot.

Check in lady very helpful in getting us setup with our storage locker and showed us how to easily enter secured area using the phone app option.

Kayla was very helpful and customer friendly!!! However the website says that they have an elevator, and when we were told our unit was on the second floor, we asked the location of the elevator and we were told that they did not have one and that they could not get that piece of information taken down off of their website. This is one of the only reasons we chose this location. If we choose to use this facility in the future, we will know to ask for a lower level unit.

Kayla and Heather are really super nice and helpful! The reason I rated 4 stars is that the prices could be a lot better I've found a competitor that charges less for the same storage size I'm currently getting. The late fees are stupid outrageous and how quickly they will threaten auction is scary. But they are super nice people though, so I still gave a good rating. They will work with you if you have extreme circumstance, but it's rare.

Moved my stuff here because they upped my rates at another place to about $80 for a 5x5. This place was the cheapest in town until they didn’t tell me about the ridiculous fees and now I’m being told if I don’t get insurance they’ll automatically charge me $24 for they’re storage insurance, therefore bringing my rent back up to $71. I also had to move units within the property because the first one they gave me leaked water in and ruined a couple of cardboard boxes that were in there. They also have not been consistently charging me on the same day each month which can make budgeting difficult. Needless to say I now have to spend my Saturday looking for a new unit at a new place or attempt to find cheap insurance.

I am updating my review and giving Less than 1 star I trusted our stuff would be safe there at least that's what they tell you before you purchase a unit and not only that but they make you write a good review b4 you purchase the unit....our stuff was not safe it got broken into and not once did a owner reach out to us then it was broken into again... I just finally got a call from a owner today and all this started back in December (2023) it didn't get anywhere I still didn't feel like they care about anyone's things so I would not go to them. They are all about getting their payment but when the shoe is on the other foot they don't care pay pay pay but just so happens when everytime something happens cameras are down. I really feel they could have handled it with more compassion and care but there was none. Oh and I just received a letter after all this time they are going to be doing repairs a little late now right you would think that would have happened after the first break in and no I'm not talking about mine but I'll leave that alone. I want to give 5 stars bc Kayla really helped me with not being so stressed about our moving/storage needs thanks so much.

Rented a small unit and in little over a year the rent was raised twice. Had to have mandatory rental insurance. Never had this happen in all the years and different storage companies I've had in the past. And now adding more fees per month. So within a year and a half, my rent tripled pretty much. Just ridiculous!!
