Local customer service in Saskatoon is excellent. However, there is only one employee in the office during regular business hours and if they leave the office there is no way to contact them if you have an urgent matter that needs to be addressed, you have to wait outside with no idea of when they might return. I also wish the storage buildings were clearly labeled on the outside as A B C etc. It took me a while to figure out which building my storage unit was in.

So far so good. Quick check in process, easy to get around inside. Lots of cameras that I could see. Storage unit is as advertised, maybe a little dark.

Stay Away! Supposedly this place changed ownership recently and has been scamming their existing tenants in the dead of winter. I have heard multiple people talk of two rent increases in the last six months with rent now doubling what they were paying in the summer. Don’t be fooled the price on the website is to get you in the door then the knifing starts shortly thereafter. This facility hasn’t seen upgrades in twenty years and half the cameras apparently don’t work. FYI - Judie and Arlene were the best to deal with but both got turfed. Edit to their reply - Nobody in the Saskatoon area has doubled their rental rates. Your website still lists the same prices as last summer but yet your current customers are being billed over double that rate. We spoke to your office and you gave a list of lies for your rent increase claiming upgrades. It is corporate greed and tells a lot about how you conduct business when you double the rent after someone signs up. The two ladies you let go were the best thing you had going for that place.

I have been locked inside their compound twice with my code suddenly not working. Both times their "customer support" didn't pick up and I was saved by someone else entering the facility. I recently had to lock my credit card for fraudulent charges and was charged escalating late fees as they won't accept payment from anything but a cc. I can't visit their location to pay with debit because they are only open from 9-5 the same hours I'm at work. Don't bother giving this business your money.

Absolutely horrible, do not use! I rented a storage unit and was given a code to access the gate. My code does not work and I was unable to move in on the weekend with all my belongings. Nobody would answer their phone and I was left stranded with all my belongings in a trailer with no place to store it.

The worst place ever I have did business
