the place seems to be going better they must have hired someone to fix it up but front office is horrible they never answer emails or calls if the girl in the front would spend less time outside vaping the place could probably be better about a week ago she invited me in her office to speak about pricing and she had old food all over the place big red flag if she is the owner of the place never coming back

That place is freezing cold. 5 degrees. Not recommended if you need to keep your stuff out of the cold

There's basically only one elevator for the whole place and it not even big enough... apparently they have a second one but it not even in the emergency map /plan... which makes it not very safe in case of an emergency. Loading/unloading dock not reallu big... if you need to load/unload get there super early otherwise you will waste a lot of time waiting in line for the dock and the elevator!

This is nothing more than a scam disguised as a business. --- Rent a unit - a month later, a bunch of extra misc. fees (~20$, about 20% of the agreed amount) are added to their monthly fees. Among these fees, a payment fee of 3.99$. Yes you got that right, 4$ to process an automated payment, every month.

I recently had the misfortune of using Mini Mall Storage during an already stressful situation, and I must say that they made things considerably worse. Our plans had changed last minute due to a mistake, and we were forced to find storage at the eleventh hour. Desperate for a solution, we booked with Mini Mall Storage, thinking it would alleviate some of our troubles. Boy, were we wrong. Upon booking, we received an email containing the contract and gate key. However, when we finally arrived at the gate, eager to unload our belongings and find some relief, the code provided did not work. Frustrated, we tried calling the facility for assistance, only to be met with silence. It was incredibly disheartening to be left stranded with no one to turn to for help. To add insult to injury, after enduring a sleepless night in the truck, anxiously waiting for someone from Mini Mall Storage to show up with the key, we were informed that their system was down. Supposedly, due to this inconvenience, they had assigned a universal code to everyone. So, not only was the code given in the contract useless, but it seemed like an afterthought. I can't express the level of frustration and disappointment we felt at that moment. As if that wasn't enough, the unit we had rented was supposed to be a 10x20 size, but when we finally gained access, we were shocked to find that it was only a 10x10 unit. This left us scrambling to figure out where to store the remaining items, wasting precious time and energy. It took a painstaking 30 minutes of negotiation with the front desk to secure an extra locker to accommodate our belongings. Overall, my experience with Mini Mall Storage was nothing short of a nightmare. From the faulty gate code and lack of communication to the downed system and the inadequate storage space, it was a series of failures that exacerbated an already stressful situation. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone in need of storage. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent storage solution.

Worst customer service I have ever seen, my emails containing my insurance proof were disregarded so they overcharged me for 4-5 months. I went there 3 times and asked them to follow up they never did, I had to call 2 times, they then told me I had to go there in person to get my reimbursement. I was told me they closed at 5, I arrived at 4:10, no one was at the reception, I had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come. They changed owners in the past year and everything has been going downhill since. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone.

New owners baught the place, horrible service, They charge you on your credit card for extra fees for insurance with out your permission even when you already have insurance on your locker and then say they are going to fixe the problem and they don't ! they keep charging you for insurance each month.
