Units come secured with a lock you recieve the code for, these locks are reused and to best maintain the security of your unit I would recommend following the simple instructions of replacing with your own lock upon first entry. Only spoke with Ivory over the phone but I understand all yhe glowing reviews about her, while I did experience a problem with my unit it was not entirely the fault of the storage facility (half the issue falls on another tenant not following guidelines), Ivory was prompt pleasant and to the point about offering solutions, plural. She repeatedly assisted me and in the end I am very satisfied. The majority of units are the fourth yellow code box I encountered, to the right of the office door. Large elevator for moving furniture if needed but both that and the stairs are a good distance from the entry door, so be mindful of this if you have big stuff, the units are also plentiful so there is a wider spread, my unit was on the second floor, and a larger one which was furthest from the entry, with the smallest ones being closest. Roll down garage style door. Some sort of wide netted wire covers the open top of the units. Of course the metal wall structure you become accustomed to if you've been at any & esp. multiple storage facilities. Customer service is first outsourced to a call center, the number does not lead you directly to an in-store rep but will redirect you if/as necessary. No extended access hours available. Parking is street, and minimal. Hallways and general areas are well kempt and clean, units appear new on the exterior at least, found the floor to be of variable condition. Best rates around but the lowest insurance they offer is 22$ which sort of negates that, and covers no less than 5k worth of items. I outsourced for my own self storage tenant insurance for 5$ monthly for 1k worth of items to keep my cost closer to the face value price. 18$ and some change monthly fees in addition to rent. Found call center customer service to be very helpful, they re worked my reservation to use a promotion that served me exceptionally well. Rented towards end of month and they do indeed pro-rate by the day. Couldn't reach call center or any actual person for customer service past 6 or 7 when I tried, office closes at 5 I believe so assuming that is also the cutoff for their customer service call center.

The location is very secluded there is privacy! You can pull your car right inside close the gate and peacefully place your items inside. I would suggest this place as your storage place! I went over to this storage place to store some of my old computer parts so that I could use them for a later project. When I asked about computer parts they told me that if I got the climate controlled units it would actually prevent my electronics from getting damaged from humidity and from the weather getting too hot, it was a little bit more expensive but I was OK with that because the stuff I am storing is really expensive. The people in the office where really nice and helped me get set up really quickly. They even made sure to get me a unit in front of a camera in case anything where to happen. Highly recommend this facility if you are storing anything electronic

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
