Rick has been exceptional in his customer service relations. I have contacted him twice outside of business hours and he has assisted me in resolving the problem. Rick did not get frustrated or upset with me even though the second call I made was due my mistake. Rick drove to the Parkersburg location to assist with getting the door open and came within 10 minutes. I would recommend this storage facility because of the cleanliness & price but many storage facilities are competitive. I recommend this location because of Rick's ability to resolve problems/conflict while maintaining a great, understanding attitude!
