This was the first time i’ve ever rented a storage unit and i thought it was going to be something of a headache. I showed up and Jordan was working. First of all, the office was very clean and welcoming. Jordan greeted me right away and answered all the questions i had, and broke down how everything works. He personally took me to the unit, showed me how the gate and key system works, and we closed the deal. He told me the hours of access and let me know i could call him at any time with questions or concerns. To put it simply, this vibe I get from this place is their customers are very important to them. They’re happy to help, and value the business you’re giving them. I love that. Mini-mall storage is a very solid choice if you need a unit. I highly recommend it and the owner/manager gave me some cool swag too! Thanks very much!
