What a great place. I couldn't have been happier with a storage facility. Greg was always attentive and helpful with anything that arose. I never had a single problem. Perfectly climate controlled, no pests and very clean. It is easy to access with a personal code to get in and out. This way Greg could keep track of anyone coming and going, which always made me feel my items were safe. I moved out of my unit but had it for about 3 or 4 years. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

The owner Greg was always friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we had some evidence of mice in our unit (droppings), but as far as I know nothing was damaged, and they've clearly taken steps to address it. I imagine there's not a self-storage facility on this planet that doesn't contend with rodents.

I rate Cedar Storage with a 5+ rating. I am very pleased with my personal belongings being store at Cedar Storage Center. It is very clean. It has top notch security system with cameras everywhere. I feel safe when I visit my storage unit and I know my personal belongings are safe at all times. It has an easy access loading dock with entrances that are monitored tightly. It is climate controlled and it is monitored constantly with high tech climate controlled system. Greg, the Manager of Cedar Storage Center, is and has been a great pleasure to work with. Greg is readily available at any time. Also, Greg monitors traffic in and out of the Storage Center so that makes me feel even more safe for myself and for by personal belongings. I am 100% pleased with Cedar Storage Center and I highly recommend it. Cedar Storage Center is the best Climate Controlled Storage Center in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas of WNC.
