Climate Control doesn’t work. I totally love this place Shannon at the desk is incredible. She’s very personable and very helpful because of that I got my climate control unit and I got another unit. I moved my other Storage that was in Memphis, Tennessee to Mini Mall Storage in Olive Branch, Mississippi mainly because of Shannon. She is always walking around the whole facility cleaning all the units. She even was planting flowers out in the front one day making it look pretty. She’s always taking care of everything, but I can’t give it five stars because the manager of the facility when I went in there last week I told her about the climate control and she told me that legally that the climate control can be up to 80° and that if anybody touches the thermostat that they’re going to be charged for that I went on to tell her that I have videos numerous videos of the temperature in their being up to 89° when I go in there and I cannot get anything done as far as organizing or doing any of the stuff that I need to do because I have an eBay store and I sell on Facebook Marketplace so I have to go in there and package stuff up so 80° will be fine but 89° no I can’t breathe in there. The humidity is incredible here in Mississippi and with that being said when she said that legally that it can be 80° well basically would it be an 89° it’s illegal today. I went into my unit because I sold something on eBay and I went to go get it and package it up. It’s 96° inside of my unit. Both of the thermostats are showing as 96°. So with the humidity, you might as well say it’s over 100 inside of a climate control unit that is supposed to be protecting my legal documents and things like that. I have file folders in there and a lot of paperwork and things like that I have everything that I want protected from the Mississippi humidity and the heat is what I put in that unit I have two units here one is an outdoor unit and one is climate control. I might as well have just got two regular outdoor units because the outdoor unit is cooler than the indoor unit. Because it’s 96° inside the climate control and it’s all closed up. It’s more humid inside of there than it is in my outside unit. Top that off with how Tia The manager talked to me the other day like I was a child. I can’t give this place a five star rating. I would’ve given it a two star but Shannon who works in the office most days she is always so accommodating that I had to give it four stars. She should be the manager here. She knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s always keeping the place clean organized and she knows exactly what to do. She took a few days off and I noticed the difference. The grass is about 1 feet high in the front and there’s trash all over the parking lot. When she’s here, she’s out here with the Weed whacker trimming stuff she’s going from unit to unit. She’s walking around in the heat just cleaning. She was gone a few days in this place has trash everywhere. All I can say is that Mini Mall storage In Olive Branch Mississippi would be completely filled up, but I can see why people would be walking out the door if they have a miserable person at the desk that treats them the way that Tia talks to people. She doesn’t even look you in the eye when she’s talking to you that tells you a lot about a person And she didn’t even smile one time while I was in the office
