Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code. 24-hour access is available on select units — ask the office for details.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Do you provide moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture pads, and disc locks at the front office at competitive prices — no need to make an extra stop.

Customer service is outstanding. Even the company's owner, who actually handles many customer service calls personally, is professional, technically proficient, polite & friendly. The same can be said for any of the staff there with whom I have interacted with during the past few years. They improved the facility with an excellent "key code" security system (for facility entry) making your contents safe and secure, and once inside you can add your own unit padlock. It also makes visiting the facility (which I believe is well-monitored by camera surveillance) safe and easily accessible by storage unit renters. The storage units come in several practical sizes and are priced accordingly. The company is very exacting with regard to protecting contents by offering the option of either purchasing an insurance policy (through them) or allowing you to use "your own" homeowner's policy (which will cover you if it includes "off premises" contents). In summary, it's a very user-friendly operation and the company's owner obviously takes great pride in the entire service, which includes several strategically placed facilities in the Kanawha County, West Virginia area.
