I have been using Mini Mall Storage for over half a year and have had nothing but great experiences! The facility is secure and easy to access even after hours. Unit was clean and dry, even when there was a lot of rain, so was ideal for storing furniture that could've otherwise been damaged. The staff were willing to help with any questions or concerns I had, and I only had good interactions with them. The process of renting a unit was smooth, and the prices are very reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution!

From reserving, all the way to move in, everything was very smooth and fast. If your looking for a storage unit I highly recommend them.

My partner and I had an emergency occur where we had to completely pack up and move out of our current space, and try to find a storage unit as soon as possible. It was very easy to reserve the unit online and when we arrived, the lovely gentleman Ish was more than happy to help us. He showed us to our unit immediately and got the paperwork signed very efficiently. I have had my locker for almost a year, and the staff are wonderful to deal with. They are very friendly and accommodating. When I was ready to downsize my locker, they helped me to decide the size I would need, and they did so honestly, without trying to upsell me to bigger than would be needed. Their security system seems up to date, which is a nice change from the locker company I used 20 years ago. I cannot say enough nice things.

I had confirmed at time of rental and also when I gave my first move out date that is was pro-rated. I called and emailed to advise and correct my move out date from May 31 to June 4 as some things had changed on my end. When I finally got a reply I was told I would need to pay for the full month of June. I have had a few storage units within the past couple years and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever had. They advertise that the first month is free but when you rent the unit you’re hit with close to $100 in fees. The fees don’t show on the website and it’s not refundable. I rented my unit cause of the first month free and moving day I ended up finding a rental and now I don’t need my unit but I’m stuck not being able to get back any of these “fees” I was made to pay. Don’t fall for the ads. They’re a trick!

I have been storing here for 6 years, but I am moving out this month. Prices have been raised to an unreasonable level, but more than that, the staff is rude and not helpful at all. Its hard for me to understand. They collect huge rents but cant even manage to be polite on the phone for the simplest questions. When I said I was leaving they offered me a month free rent, but honestly its too little too late. There are much better alternatives.

The front desk personnel are not "managers", they only clean the place and take payments. The old women is rude, combative and seems to lack security (a break in happened few months ago). Forward thinking business would realize not to gouge, well they'll be losers in long run. It's a tough business since Covid and they should encouraging long term business clients not gouging thrn. I guess they really need more money.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! REPLIED AFTER 2 YEARS POSTING ON YELP!! Yes, an apology is appropriate, even if you didn't do anything wrong!! You are not going to be awarded justice simply because you proved a reviewer wrong and effectively stated your case!! A little sympathy? NONE! I wrote this: 6/11/2018 Access restricted on a locker. -Needed to remove all items to avoid the expensive the monthly payment. -Offered to pay 90% of whats owing for access to clear the locker. -Unwilling to wave any bit of late fees or make any compromises. Other storage companies wave late fees depending on circumstances, so I've been told by reliable sources. And by these same sources I've been told that you can often make arrangements for access aside from paying whats owing in full. These people will not budge, compromise, or be what I would consider reasonable. Don't take my word for it but I highly recommend doing your research into this by inquiring about these specific policies with other companies. In summary: generally I wouldn't recommend this company based on these policies, but to boot the poor customer service does not help as well. THE BUSINESS REPSONDED!!! We had been phoning repeatedly, sent notices, and advertised in the foreclosure section of the newspaper with no response from you. Both units were over two months late with payments and already in auction proceedings when you finally showed up offering to pay for a discounted amount on only the small one because you'd, in your words, already put all the stuff you didn't want in the large one. You refused to pay anything towards the large one. Your payments had usually been late and after receiving an NSF cheque I'd had to refuse cheque payments. The response to that was that it was our fault for not cashing the cheque fast enough.
