I moved to the Cobble Hill area a year ago, downsizing from a larger house and property, so rented 3 units at Mini Mall. Steve, the location manager, handled the paperwork quickly and professionally and I was done there in less than 10 minutes. He's a calm, quiet friendly guy - even gave me his cell phone # so I could reach him after office hours, which I did several times as I had questions and as my payment methods changed while settling into life in a new community. I was a bit surprised to see him early one morning trimming the tall grass around the perimeter fence of the property but I got used to seeing him pulling thistles and doing other maintenance. And when my padlock seized up he was there right away to cut it off. All in all, I'm very pleased with the units at Mini Mall locations in Cobble Hill and specially pleased with the service by Steve.

Started my Minimall experience over the phone with corporate. Felt a bit automated being a larger company, nothing really to say. Bit dry. however once I got to the local branch and talked to the manager I was met with professionalism and a warm demeaner. The place is clean, the language is clear, the rates are competitive, and conveniently placed by the dump which was a huge plus moving and downsizing at the time. If the time came I would rent a storage unit from this location again.

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
