When I first rented this storage unit I had a problem with the lock entrance. Talked to Alexis and she said she would send someone over in about 30 minutes. Jacob and Joe were here within 15 minutes. They did an awesome job. Not only did they replace the part, they used the broom and the leaf blower to clean the floor of the unit. Thanks to Alexis, Jacob, and Joe!! Awesome team work!!! I had a lot of problems getting in the gate several times and I believe someone tried to get into my storage and was told several of ur storages were broken into I was one of the lucky ones that they couldn't because I used ur lock in stead of one I was going to use. There really needs to be someone on sight at this location. It would elevate these issues. I at this time wouldn't recommend your units on winnans to anyone. I'm sorry I chose u because u were the cheapest I could find iam low income and have to live in low income apts here in hot springs. It's very sad that people are very evil these days and we all need to protect and help each other in these horrible times. Don't rent here they say the units are move in ready and they are not the unit they gave me was dirty and the lights didn't work but they want me to put my lock on in 48 hours and they don't know when the maintenance person will come to replace the lights and I have to make time for them to come and put them in it's not move in ready nor is it secure the gate is wide open anyone can drive in there

The storage unit is to small for the price. Last year i had on and it was the same price and i had a bigger unit and did not have any problem. Drive up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
