Was locked out one evening when I was renting a trailer. Normally it wouldn't be an issue but I had my quad and camping equipment in this trailer. I needed to unload my equipment and return the trailer to Edmonton ASAP or be charged an extra day. I had nowhere to unload my equipment for an evening. I was charged by rental company because I was unable to unload. Mini mall storage ended up opening up the day after (A Monday, they are apparently unable to manually open it on a weekend.) I feel like I had better service when it was National Superstorage.

Not very happy. When I went to pay for October I told them that I wouldn't need the full month if I could pay a partial month. I was told no, I was was fine with that cause it we be pro rated from the time I was out. If I ended up needing the full month I would be covered. I let them know I would be out by the 15th. Went in again on Friday that I would be out on the weekend and I would be back on Monday to square things up. Went back today was asked if I swept it out and if the lock was off. Yes I swept it out and no my lock was still on with my broom inside . Walked over to unit took off my lock and removed my broom and returned to office . Was told okay thanks, and that was it. I asked about money returned for not needing the rest of the month. I was told no that they don't do that.
