Lack of security at location. No sense of keeping trash picked up. Homeless person living in unit. Pricing is absurd. Doubled in the time I first rented a unit there. I see my review has been erased. I moved to Salina a little over a year ago and used this facility to store all of my belongings ... including collectibles valued from $15000 to $20000. I want to warn others to be aware of the shady practices going on within this company and at the 9th street location. If ... you value your belongings then I would find another place to store them because Tiffany is an awful manager who lies and lies to cover her tracks of deceit within this company. The upper management is aware of her actions but refuse to do anything to change them. I had refused to deal with her lies and so I after calling their bogus 1-800 number over 2 dozen or more times I was connected to someone that attempted to conceal their practices. I lost my storage unit after being paid in full. I was locked out of my unit by Tiffany and refused reentry to get my things. They are crooked people and their company Minimally Storage out of Canada doesn't give a damn about doing the right thing for anyone. Just beware and stay away from this place. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I don't know how it has such high reviews. They increased my rent by 50% with no notice, tried to ... take out my payment early and complained that the money wasn't there. After leaving this review they charged me a bunch of hidden “administration fees” and because of such action have worked themselves into a law suit. My previous review referred to another customer that mentioned the same manger failing their needs in some sort of stealing things out of lockers while also never being present at work. I’ve worked in a small town before and now you can see her fiends leaving reviews with her name. Terrible do not use this place. Update: they literally removed all of the negative reviews that talk about people stealing things coercing with the manager that is never there but always “just ran a quick errand”. Do not use this company! Terrible terrible terrible! They displace blame by having parent companies. Give you a run around ... with 1800 numbers and then charge you for speaking with anyone whilst no one takes any responsibility for what is actually happening on the ground. 0 accountability from “ownership”. The “management” is a local who doesn’t do anything but steal from lockers. It’s possible for other locations to be completely different and for the upper management to not have any idea what’s happening but do not use this company. All the positive reviews are from friends not customers. Now I’m in a loop of phone numbers that keep threatening to charge me more because I entered in the wrong zip code for their “automatic payment system” that should just be auto-drafted.
