Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code. 24-hour access is available on select units — ask the office for details.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Do you provide moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture pads, and disc locks at the front office at competitive prices — no need to make an extra stop.

Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?

Yes — we offer covered and uncovered parking spaces sized for cars, trucks, boats, trailers, and RVs up to 40 feet. Ask about power hookups for RV storage.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. I have been partially operating a business out of a couple of the units here for about 3 years now and we've had no issues with really anything, of course some spiders will pop up but its an out door storage facility that's gonna happen, but they are easy to ward off and they do routinely apply bug poison to the bottom of every garage door exterior to help keep bugs out, they are also quick to fix any problems with the 2 gates or assist with problems you may be having with your unit like for example my door got stuck open and I couldn't get it closed so an employee there pulled up to help me get it closed and it worked, so again the management and employees are helpful and quick to assist and the units, at least the ones I've rented are plenty spacious.
